- Availability: 99.9% monthly across all API endpoints and page loads.
- Secure-link creation: typically under 1.5 seconds end-to-end, including in-browser encryption and upload.
- Recipient view latency: typically under 0.8 seconds when recently accessed, under 2.5 seconds otherwise.
- Audit log integrity: verified continuously; any gap triggers a high-priority alert. Customers can independently verify deletion receipts at /verify.
